Construction in Your Neighborhood

Marking flags are available at both the JLET Office (75102 Johnson Lake Drive -- Drive 11) and the SID Office (42738 Road 748 -- south of golf course). They are located in a white plastic self-service tube by the buildings. It is recommend that you take from 6 to 10 per lot and place them to highlight the entry point and ending point of water lines, propane lines, buried electrical service lines, buried private electrical wires, and your septic if not already completed.

Construction Progress

Three postcards will be sent to all lot holders as the project progresses around Johnson Lake:
The first postcard will be sent about two weeks before the collection line installation will begin in your area. Once between 1,500 ft and 2,500 ft has been laid, the collection line will be pressure tested. Upon completion of the testing and its passage, you will be notified by a second postcard mailing that your home and/or area will be connected within 10 to 15 days. Once connected, a third card will be sent, stating that your home has been connected.
