About the Team
Jim Olmsted, PE, Olmsted & Perry: "I am thankful for the opportunity to work with the SID Trustees and the citizens of Johnson Lake
on this very important project. Because of my involvement since its inception nearly four years ago, I have a deep personal interest in the
project and look forward to helping solve the wastewater collection and treatment needs of the lake.
"I am a native of rural Nebraska and have practiced engineering in the state for the past 32 years. It has been rewarding to help numerous
cities, villages, SIDs, and lake communities solve their water and wastewater needs. I look forward to the opportunity to develop many new
positive relationships as we help you complete this project."
John S. Olsson, PE, Olsson Associates: "For nearly 20 years, I've had the privilege and pleasure of working with a wide variety of
community wastewater systems throughout Nebraska.
"It's not very often you can work with a "community" of approximately 3,000 people to design and build a wastewater collection and treatment
system from the ground up. The innovative technologies that are being considered will enhance the environmental condition of the lake and soil
and open-up new doors for growth and home expansion."
