Project Updates
Chad Slominski from Olsson Associates is now manning the JLET Office and taking calls related to the lot drawings recently
mailed to all Johnson Lake cabin/home owners. If you have concerns, questions, corrections or simply need clarifications,
feel free to stop by the office, located in the former Stewart Photo Studio Building, 75102 Johnson Lake Drive, or leave a
message at 308-785-2203 or email jlet@johnsonlake.net.
Temporary Construction and Permanent Easements are being prepared for properties on which the collection and force mains
are passing. SID board members will approach these individuals during the next 45 days asking for their voluntary signature
in support of the wastewater project. If you have any questions on these, please contact the SID Clerk, Larry Ossenkop,
308-785-2203 (email: sid1@johnsonlake.net) or stop by the JLET Field Office, where Larry also is working on the project.

Green flags, circles and stakes mark collection main routes
JLET surveyors are staking and marking the preliminary collection main route as it passes around Johnson Lake. You will
notice bright green stakes, flags and spray painted circles along the perimeter access roads as they go around J-lake, as
well as on the lakeside of the cabins in selected areas. These markers primarily indicate the preliminary planned route
of the collection mains and the planned manholes and lift (pump) station locations. Everyone is asked not to remove these
markers for the next two months. Your cooperation is most appreciated.
Be on the lookout for a mailing from the engineering team that will include an aerial photo of your lot/tract showing
the actual locations of the planned collection mains and service connections; as well as your existing septic tank(s).
If you find any errors or if any additions are needed you are asked to contact either the JLET team at 308-785-2203
(email: jlet@johnsonlake.net) or the SID Clerk, Larry Ossenkop, 308-785-8032 (email: sid1@johnsonlake.net). Updated 4/25/06
